The TIF Illumination Project has selected the 27th Ward on Chicago’s Near North and West sides for its first case to examine in depth the impacts of the TIFs that are contained inside the ward. There are 12 TIFs inside the 27th Ward. Here is a presentation with audio discussing what we found ( 1hour, 25 min).
